I feel like Cicero would go on the impure scale.

I know they're not on here, but just for discussion's sake, I'd put Tullius as "Lawful Moral" and Ulfric as either "Rebel Neutral" or "Rebel Impure".Β
Tullius definitely believes himself to be fighting the good fight, but at the same time acknowledges that the Empire doesn't exactly have a monopoly on morality, yet he goes along with some unsavory things (i.e. the imprisonment/torture of citizens of Skyrim who have not joined Ulfric or done anything against the Empire save for violating the Talos ban in secret, or attending the Thalmor embassy function and playing nice with Elenwen, who he KNOWS is evil) because his first concern above all else is his undying loyalty to the Empire, right or wrong. He doesn't like it any more than anyone else, but as far as he's concerned his honor is unstained due to acting with loyalty.
Ulfric is no saint, but he's not anywhere near as evil as people make him out to be. While there are definitely racists among the Stormcloaks, he himself shows zero signs of overt racism. That said, in spite of his claims of righteousness (which he probably believes in), he's more motivated by rage and vengeance than an actual desire for justice. His backstory involves the universe kicking him in the teeth over and over and over again--then he got blamed for the Markarth massacre (which, if you look through the game itself, was IGMUND's doing, not Ulfric's), and that finally sent him over the edge. The Empire used him and tossed him aside, and now he wants payback for everything he went through... but at the same time, he WANTS to believe he's doing the right thing for his people, so he's definitely not evil. If he's a villain, he's a tragic one, and misguided. Kind of like the Punisher--he knows he's broken, he knows he can't be fixed, but he's lost so much that he doesn't care anymore, and feels as if he doesn't have any choice but to follow the path he's chosen.
That kind of thing is what interests me the most about Skyrim--very few characters can be boiled down to any one motivation, and your chart does a great job of displaying that complexity.

Most came from Skyrim Nexus, but a few are original artworks. The respective artists are mentioned in the description.

It was a tough call, and many disagree, but for me it came down to their motivations. Cicero is insane and murderous, but he is still bound by the law of the night mother, and everything he does serves that end (even killing). In fact it's implied that he has become so twisted and insane because his devotion caused him to sacrifice his sanity. That fits the Neutral Evil archetype.
Eola, on the otherhand, just uses her religion as a pretext for cannibalism and murder, and does so utterly indiscriminately with no higher purpose in mind beyond self-satisfaction, which is textbook Chaotic Evil. Unlike Cicero who at least has loyalty to the brotherhood (through the night mother's wishes), Eola would not hesitate to turn on and devour her fellow worshippers.Β

... 8D Eeeee, in-depth character analysis~
Funny, you hear about people analyzing Cicero all the time, but never anything for Eola... o3o

I am glad that you found it worth your while!
Eola is a fascinating creature, though to be frank my interest in her character came about more because Skyrim bugged and forced me down the cannibal route. Afterwards, the more I tried to wipe out her cult to fix it, the more they kept coming back and claiming me as their champion, gloating about their "feasts" and offering me dead bodies by the roadside. It was a bit of a nightmare!

An honest mistake. Khajiit found an image of a blond haired, blue-eyed Nord man dressed as a bard and holding a lute, and assumed he had found an image of the right man. Perhaps it is racist of him to say so, but many of these Nords look much the same to his Khajiiti eyes. At least, these two bards do!

Really cool depiction. Β If I disagreed with one thing, I'd say it's that Cicero is more chaotic evil than Eola.

Perhaps you are right, friend, though I look at it the other way, "which is more Neutral Evil?" It is a matter of degrees. Both are clearly evil, both revel in destruction, but both serve a twisted code which they and they alone understand. This one chose Cicero for the NE slot because his code is more binding than Eola's, his duties more clear. Eola has much more freedom of choice in terms of what she can do, and who she kills.

It's hard to differ between Eola and Cissy, but I agree one is psycopath and the other seems more insane. From appearance wise you would send them both to Arkham Asylum then you realize that Eola is more calculated and coherent in her dialogue like Hannibal lecture and well goes to Blackgate. That's just my opinion "personality" wise.

Yeah, send her to Blackgate. Just...be sure to put a muzzle on her ; )

This chart has a lot more alignments than the standard D&D. Where did all these extra alignments come from?

Agreed.
It's cool to see an at least half way good argonian. Rebel Moral Reptile. Also, on another I saw Paarthanax as Neutral Moral.

This is very nice, I always kind of liked the morality charts. I noticed you were looking for the artist who drew the Cicero picture, here's the link to he A page; ebonyfool.deviantart.com/ . Hope you have a nice day!
