This is a pretty good drawing here. Nice effects with the shading, reflection of light off the raincoat, the rain itself, it's overall very well done. I like also the reflection effect under her and also rainbow, and also the shading and lighting effects on the ribbons as well, nicely done. It's clear, least to me you've put a good amount of effort into this. It shows very well of what you like, overall, a very very good job there.

this is so cute and I love the colors so much.. You do rain sooo awesomemly! But my favorit thing about this one would be the "floor", it just looks soooo freakin real pluss, I can see the rainbow!!! But everything is perfect and beutifull ^^
