The halfling I'm playing as in my friend's D&D campaign >:3Cade is a halfling sorcerer with a dad complex. He once had children of his own and a family but after a bad incident, no one wants anything to do with him. Now he lives in a small desert village, being a friendly neighbor in the hopes of some day befriending others and having a family again.
