Yay! It's the finished! isn't the background fanTAStic?!*slaps self*
Hmmm....this file is huge xP
This pic just started while i was bored at a friend's house...started drawing a random running stick figure...i fleshed him out...drew the face and added some hair...then the clothes...and woe and behold! i drew the Doctor xP wasn't even trying to...next i added Rose, but only after trying to draw the TARDIS and some other craptastic background...>_> i love how Rose turned out and both their hair...not sure i like the shading on the Doctor, but...oh well.

i know! isn't it great!! it took me SO long to do too...
(i actually tried experimenting with a bunch of different swirly backgrounds and other filters...nothing worked -_- )
