The shoulders could use a bit more definition to separate it from the background, but the face is way real (especially the teeth, I loved it). cool.

i used photoshop cs. used a digital pen for the hair, and mouse for some of shading.
actually, i think i may have to refine this some more. i aint happy with this yet.
