The creature from my previous story.Long story short, a char based on monster inc sora became a fishy boy more inspired by Fizz from league of legends.
See, I wanted to make a more... evil character. One for my more spiciest tales and things. So I devised a sadistic fish guy (formerly human) and his crazy antics.
