Yepp, this is ~Jubilation 's OC Tonks.
This is just fan art, but I still effing love him.
((YES I KNOW HIS HAIR IS MIFFED BADLY!!!!! He has a mane for hair, and it's a pain to draw. Besides, this was done when I was barely awake to fix it.))
Btw, the splotches and the etchiness, that's from my quill pen. It splattered in the top left corner, and I was inspired. XD
So, yes, again, this is ~Jubilation 's OC, not mine.
