Gfest is a really good family friendly convention. It's not too big, but has people and guests from all over the world come. It's the perfect size.

Yeah, lately I haven't really been faithful to the Big-G, but I still think he's a beast. I want a new movie to come out, too. It's taking too long! > But I understand Toho's budget problems

Yessir! I usually use microns. I sacrificed a little of the lineweight with the prints because I wanted reall dark blacks. That's just how the cookie crumbles I guess.

lol, and I here I was thinking the only way to get insanely picture perfect dark inks was to use brushes or quill pens. Both of which are too uncontrollable for my preferences. Great to know its possible.

I've used quill pens, and i really like them. I think if the public was more open to a more "free" artistic look, it would be cool. for now, though, the markers are easier and less of a hassle.

I can't get quill pens to work for me at all lol. The ink either doesn't come out at all or it comes out as a massive drop and then cuts out. It frustrates me endlessly as I'm sure that nib pens and such could be really fun with enough practice.
