here ya go guys, a ref sheet for the villain in my upcoming comic " birds of a feather "
i wouldn't normally have wasted my last secondary character slot on this guy but i needed the character for my story so i made him anyway.
i'll admit he's not a very good parody, that's because i wanted him to be cool, and the clock king is very hard to parody without making him look ridiculous. his name was also pretty hard to come up with there weren't too many ways i could change the name and still make it work. the closest i came was punctuality prince. and i'll die before i name a character punctuality prince -_-.

what gotham villains are supposed to be all dark and drab and dressed all gloomy and such? fuck that! i love my colorful ass costumes!!

DC Hero/Villain Parodied: clock king ( that's right i used up my last secondary character slot on clock king! )
Real Name: Arthur Tockman
Identity Status: not public, but known to anthony inmates, the police, and the bird family.
Abilities/Powers: no powers, just a bunch of gadgets that revolve around time and clocks and whatnot.
Age: 29

Secret Origins: Arthur tockman is obsessed with staying youthful, he squandered his time and his company's money researching ways to stay eternally young, but to no avail. when his company found out about his secret experiments they canned his ass. so now he goes around stealing lab equipment and money trying to stop time all together so he doesn't have to age.
Place of Birth: Gotham city
Current Home: anthony asylum
Occupation: criminal ( former scientist )
Group Affiliations (if any): none....unless those anthony inmates deide to for a bad guys-esque group )
