King Diamond's Puppet Master + Serial killer documentaries + early, disturbing versions of Grimm tales. All subjects I've given some attention in recent months. My mind is indeed like giant black cauldron where unrelated ideas are thrown into and some weird monster emerges.
The dream was a morbid variation of Cinderella's story. It starts pretty much classic with an evil stepmother and her daughters blah blah blah, at some point, however, Cinderella opens some secret door and finds a way to parallel universe; there stepmother is kind and caring and seemingly has no daughters. The situation looks really nice at first but soon a horrible truth is revealed: Stepmother in this reality is a serial killer and her daughters were among her victims. She butchered them, dismembered the bodies and then made them into human puppets with strange, monkey-like proportions as the one seen here.
I fuckin love my subconscious.

The next -and last- season of BONES promises something like this !!
The show has often presented "super-villains" who take a number of episodes to bring to ground.
The GraveDigger,Gormogon, the Sniper, Pelant -and now the Puppet Master. This latest fiend appears to be a former co-worker who went insane and assisted Gormogon in his fiendish serial killing. The last episode ended on a cliffhanger and had elements of nightmare (corpse sitting up and addressing "Bones" Brennan, etc.)
I do not know if you are into Bones, and, if so, how deep. Series has been running on Fox, and also on WOR. I'll describe it if you wish. Lovers of corroded corpses ! It takes place on a parallel earth.

Bodies would turn up in odd places and/or in ghastly condition.
One backed up into a toilet
, another was found in pieces in a bowling alley pin-setter
. two guys having gone AWOL on faked sickleave,tripped over a human ribcage as they carried a canoe to the river.
Another, really chopped up, fell out of a trashcan,
one ,one side intact,the other eaten away by lye, was in a bath-tub,
another fell through the ceiling into a child's bedroom on the floor below.
Another was found burning in an ashcan under a bridge.
Another,was rotting in an alley.
Another seemingly melted as his car exploded and burned like a furnace.
Another glowed in the dark.
Another sat up in the NMR altho far departed from anything that could live.
Yet another exuded acid and emitted flames...

I am not sure. The writers have imagination, but these weird murders all have one thing in common: they are extremely decomposed or horridly mutilated. There was one exception. A dead child turned out to not have been the missing child, but who died by accident, and his parents, not affording an undertaker buried him themselves. Despite adv. decay, Bones determined that the chuld was of the wrong race, and further, was buried according to oriental rites.The missing child turned up alive & well, kidnapped by his estranged divorced father . You know the tendency.

Tam nie ćwiartuje co prawda, ale zmienia oczy na guziki. Tworzy też masę własnych, guzikookich marionetek udających twoich znajomych i bliskich. Nie jest krwawo, ale i tak strasznie

Indeed! Impossible creatures and squamous alien entities are scary, but a human corpse turned into a disproportionate puppet is straight up freaky!
On the subject of twisted fairy tales, have you read Hans Christian Andersen's story, Aunty Toothache? Fairy tales are already quite strange and dark, but this one is like visceral nightmare.

I've read quite many from Andersen, my Mom likes his stories a lot but I never read that one.

Ah. Whenever you are able to and inclined, I strongly suggest giving Aunty Toothache a try. The eponymous Aunty is a very bizarre, nightmarish monster.
