It was in bright daylight and in my backyard a few weeks ago, that I espied a STAG there. A STAG !
I shouted in surprize, and he just looked at me, reluctant to arise from the bed of weeds , We were about 12 feet apart. It was only when I moved the lawnmower that he, fearing I was going to attack him with it, that he arose and bolted towards the highway. I soon mowed away the weeds and he hasn't been back.
I plan to sell the house as maintenance is getting to me. But repairs to the house, and all the fuss of moving exerts a braking force on things. I've lived here for 50 years give a couple of months. My folks moved twice, but they did the logistics. I need help in doing it all by myself.
