The fourth area of this city is full of... cables. And those cables hang pretty much everywhere, often tangled together with no way of ever untangling them, which isn't that bad because they usually help holding all the other stuff in place. The buildings here would probably fall apart pretty quick if anyone got somehow rid of those cables. Anyway the tangled cobweb-like cables are what game this place it's name. And the ruler of this place kinda looks like a spider.I'm forever happy about how quick this one was, not counting the part when I decided to not leave the back part of the structure completely in shadows with no details at all, that part wasn't quick at all. I'm seriously addicted to details okay.

Tangled wires <3 The spider lady ruler is actually one of my less favourite ones, but she was still fun to work with! Especially because she kind of ended up in love with the rules of the residental zone. I'm not even sure how did that happen xD
