Is the base both a zip and psd file? Or just a zip fileΒ

When I purchased the base I was sent an email saying that I can download the base. When I tapped to download it took me back to the same website but it said that I can download a psd or a png file but both didn't show the full base. it showed a base already put together. I used my phone to open the file. Is that the problem?

Ok and no problem! I will definitely let you know! I do have another solution but since their are so many layers I don't think its possible. I was thinking about the layers being sent to my email instead of the files. I don't have a computer but I will get one soon so I can find a way to open the files.
