Interesting side note: while I know fire emblem is a fantasy setting,
this picture is to an extent somewhat historically accurate.
Since in the middle ages most wealthy people of a noble family
like maribelle's would have gotten quite chubby due to having
an abundance of food due to having no reason not to indulge using
royal funding and servants eliminating the need for them to exercise.
However their need to keep up appearances would result in them
squeezing into corsets to go out in public then letting out their
"generous" girth after returning to their private chambers.
Not that Maribelle does this in canon of course,
although it would be amusing if she did.
