For some reason my brain this weekend decided "Yeah...yeah let's do a spur of the moment painting of these two"Related content

MAN these guys. I really hope you delve into these characters in a future project~!
Through your drawings, alone.. it's apparent that you've created more backstory (and STORY) behind these guys than most people's OCs.
YEAH! These two are definitely my favorite characters of yours > w O! And I know I've said this before, but you're STILL super improving
with the utilization of color aesthetics.. Not to mention digital painting in general! Much improvement on the color-blending aspect~
And my favorite part of all, YOUR OUTLINES. The outlines fit SO NATURALLY. It took me a few minutes before I even noticed. At first glance,
they came off as the natural shading (and luminescence, which by the way, nice touch with the red-glow on the claws)
The red and the cerulean/indigo fit eachother SO WELL, and honestly, I'm a bit blown away with how well you did the glow on his jacket.
I'm not nearly as active with DA, as I used to be. So now there's only like.. 3 active people who I watch. But your art is probably 70%
of the reason I still frequently the site. You actually have DRIVE, and it absolutely shows! You have "Future Independent Writer/Illustrator"
written all over your uploads!
Honestly? I think the main thing you need improvement on is background-work! Architecture, Trees/Terrain/Nature, and various
inanimate objects in the background. I feel like there's a bit of a "comfort barrier" or impatience when it comes to that (I know I'M absolutely
guilty of that XD). They're not bad! Just not nearly as refined as your characters.
But with your current adeptness with digital-painting, and understanding of lighting (and how reflection affects surroundings)... I
bet that you could easily improve it, vastly, with just a handful of exercises : D
I haven't taken the time to sit down and read through all your Svae comics..! But I'm gonna get on that soon, now that you've released
so much~

I'm also so happy that these two are your favs, HEH! I do plan to do something with them in the future, I'm not sure WHAT yet, but we'll see!
