I think it looks cool ^_^ I've tried drawing in that sort of style once, it was very hard. I like the pose too, and the tail design is nice too ^_^

Few housecats can breathe fire, though. 
Those wings look more bug-like than they do dragon-like. Unfortunately, I'm not the person to go to about folding wings. Thought I might be able to pull up some reference material if you really needed them.
