It took me a few tries to get this looking good but I think in the end I did a pretty good job, I love playing around with blues, purples and pinks so it was a real pleasure colouring this cutie~
Also Riszi WOMAN I don't know why you asked for an icon from me of all people when I saw your own icon you made yourself, rhitsrhicdhgfosoe YOURS LOOKS SO PRETTY! ;A;

I can make animated icons for basically anything, but I'm best at Sonic and Anthro characters. ^^
Simple Blinking Animations (Open):

What I can do for these icons are pretty expansive (some examples of what I can do with these are above), I can:
-Make certain parts glow such as eyes or pieces of headwear (or anything you want really XDD)
-Add very small effects such as glasses/goggles shine
Just honestly ask me if you want anything and I'll do my best to work something out for you.
One of these icons cost about 300 or £3/$4 <--For you American peeps out there
