Childhood:
Hank was raised in the most traditional family of the time. He would come home from school everyday to his mother sewing and his sister writing. His father would usually work late nights for the P.D. He always knew what he wanted to follow his father's footsteps. Until one night he came home to a pile of smoldering ash that used to be his home. Every body was found except his father's. Young Hank was forced to run and take care of himself on the streets. He would steal food and clothes and hide on the docks to avoid someone recognizing him.

Young Adulthood:
Hank after living as a street rat for many years found himself a job at the dock he hid at for so many years. He would move cargo for the "big man" his boss told him and didn't ask any questions. One day men in suits arrived and a large man with a cigar falling out of his old mouth gave a pat on the shoulder of teenage Hank and offered him a job more fit for a young man. Larry "Big Tuna" Mancini set Hank up with selling moonshine at high class events and parties. Hank felt a debt to Larry and so when Larry needed a man on the force Hank was happy to oblige.

Adulthood:
Hank became a police officer and started to climb the ranks as Larry asked. Hank started to see the money flow to him as he still sold moonshine and extorted local businesses for protection money and helped file some paperwork incorrectly so some people would walk off scot free. Anything “Big Tuna” wanted, happened. Hank became a detective when the whole Mancini family was taken out in a gruesome mob hit. Hank was determined to for once do his job and find the perps. He started to learn about the rival family, The Ramas. He eventually put all of them away in the biggest police raid anyone had seen. After his career making bust he retired and used his extortion money to buy a small boat.

Maturity:
As his hairs turned grey and he caught more fish than he could eat he read something in the paper that turned his blood cold. The heads of the Rama family had all been released with no fines, no nothing. Hank started to prepare his plan to catch all of them and make them suffer. He started obtaining information from kids in the crew. He would wait at a hangout and ambush loners taking them back to his place on the dock and extracting the information forcibly. When he found their locations he started making chum, He knew how’d he make them suffer. Once breaking in and injecting them with a homemade anesthetic named “Mother's Honey”. He would bring them back, tie them to a chair, and drive them out to his favorite fishing spot. Hank would chum the waters until they woke or until he saw the sharks and then toss them in with a slit wrist. He would sit and smoke and watch the hammerhead he fondly named ‘Bessie’ devour her new meal.
