Viktor's outfit referenceΒThe symbol on the back is his town's symbol; I've drawn it before on other townspeople's clothes but I decided to make it a bit more detailed
Also that cockatiel isn't his- it's his neighbour's :0 he just has an emotional attachment to herΒ
