If I googled correctly, then that Khan is related to the Sonic series, right? Looks like he is inspired by the same character as Goku and this one ([link] )

Sun Wukong is also known as Magic Monkey, they made movies out of him, but call him Magic Monkey in english i believe, but when the comics show Khan all i thou was omg they did magic monkey... so i was hoping someone else pick it up and the way you drew this picture is a mix of magic and Khan. but no i didn't know that Goku was part of the idea.. because i don't see Goku looks or personally of Goku.

Oh, I only knew him as the Monkey King, which is probably the most known nick in the english language for that character XD
And yeah, Goku was loosely based on that character too actually, with the growing staff, the flying cloud and him being able to transform into a giant monkey.
