Something I have been meaning to do for a while, but haven't gotten around to do so this will be my first time doing Commissionary work for people <3

I'll be laying out my terms and conditions as well as links to my socials and discord if any interested want further inquiries about it.

So without further ado, let's talk some business.

Terms and Conditions:

-As of now, all prices are set as stated on the sheet, any changes to my pricing in the future I will update accordingly.

-You may contact me personally through my discord as I am mostly active there. my tag is: usayuki

(However if you cannot contact me there I am able to contacted on here in D.A or my twitter instead: twitter.com/usayuki97 )

-I preserve the right to reject any commission piece I cannot do, please understand that.

-I will expect the first half of payment to be sent to me upon your commission request and order has been sent to you. The second half will be given to me once the commission is completed. (I will of course send my paypal link accordingly to you via DMs.) The only things exempted from this rule is Sketches and Linearts for Headshots/Half Bodies, where I expect full payment upfront.

-I will be sending you the first rough drafts and sketches to you that can be altered or changed upon your request, I will not entertain further changes once I have begun the lineart process and such after. However there will be exceptions such as me inquiring on specific things you'd like pertaining to the commission, I will update you as we go through the process! (If you had ordered anything higher then sketchwork)

-My usual time to complete commissions are roughly within 1 week upon accepting the commissions date. If I am busy or have obligations they will take up to 3 weeks at maximum. I will be messaging you personally to let you know if anything had come up to impede my progress.

-If I take longer then 3 weeks and nothing has been given significant enough progress, you as the consumer are entitled to getting a 100% refund from me should the event ever come.

-Communication is key! I appreciate that when you come to request from me to be a thorough as you can to the best of your ability, it not only helps with getting your vision created, but also helps with me a ton during the creative process! <3 (Especially those who have no references to work with, I will need as much description as you can get!)

-I will be posting all of my commissionary work towards my sites I normally post art on (DeviantArt, Twitter, Toyhouse, possibly F.A). Unless stated otherwise by you in DMs!

Misc. Notes:

-Please keep in mind, the Will section is for mostly what I work on more! I am open to almost anything that isn't on the won't list, so please don't hesitate to ask! I don't mind giving new things a shot!

-If you are still unsure as to how my prices work, please kindly talk to me from the above given link and or tag on Discord for further inquiries <3
