   -          solid ) Regularly, as a metal, Noah’s solid form is his “neutral” form. He can bleed radioactive chemicals, and (when strained) his teeth and nails can develop radioactive components. His eyes and blood normally glow in the dark, as well.
   -          liquid ) At melting point (at 1520.6 °F), all of his bodily fluids become radioactive when outside his body/skin, not just blood. When extremely severe, the radioactivity begins decaying the cells of his actual body. His scleras and fingertips, toes, and lips turn black in this form because of this as well.

   -          burned ) unknown, but assumed to lose coloration in contact with fire rather than melting; when close to open flame, the heat waves react with his skin to make it paler, almost white. Although he cannot completely disappear, he wishes to strengthen this trait for the opportunity of having invisibility powers.

Noah is a very cheerful and energetic character, although he may be intrusive when you first meet him. He has a more optimistic outlook on life, mainly because he is technically a cancer survivor and doesn't like to cause sadness to those close to him. He literally acts like a child, despite being the age of an adult. Because of his child-like curiosity, Noah tends to talk comfortably with strangers when offered a treat/gift and (surprisingly) doesn't understand sexual innuendos/references. Usually, he can be found staring at people and watching them closely (kind of in a creepy-ish way) before asking something or making a joke randomly due to his observations to try to lighten awkward tension. (For example, he would say something like "Oh, wow! You have really nice hair! What kind of shampoo do you use?" or "Your pants are quite...hole-y, aren't they? //smirk")

Noah was born and raised in Sweden in his early years. Both his mother and father worked, which left the young boy incredibly independent, becoming accustomed to loneliness. Coming from a fairly rich family, he was sent to Japan for educational purposes at a young age (around 10-11) and ended up traveling back and forth between the two countries until his late teenage years (maybe around 19-20). During his temporary (often for one to two weeks monthly) visits to Japan, he stayed with the Miyamoto family during his family's company business trips. There, he met Nish and learned the fundamentals of both Japanese and English (though he has a Swedish accent when speaking English). He also becomes the co-founder of a flowershop along with Nish during his transitory stays around his 18th birthday.
When he turned 20, though, he discovered he had symptoms of Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) syndrome (it's a rare usually hereditary disease, more info here: ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition/von-… , leading to cancerous tumors in his kidneys. He had to permanently return to Sweden so his family could directly pay for immediate treatment. This was where they found out about a revolutionary new treatment that would use radioactive properties to combat the deformities in Noah’s kidney cells to prevent the disease from spreading; however, he would be their very first patient.
He was soon transferred to a Russian hospital afterwards, in which scientists would experimentally inject nobelium into his bloodstream, as well as utilizing surgical means to infuse some into his kidneys. Little did they know, however, that the actinide was too powerful of a substance used to simply stop the cancer’s spread. It ended up making all of his internal organs radioactive, painfully forcing him into an nobelium-elemental hybrid.
This was where a mysterious organization, only known as 118, decided to take in a new patient. Noah himself did not consent to the transfer, but all his records to the outside world (including family photos and all his belongings) had been erased. Also because he and his body became so unstable after the permanent transfer, he was probably put into solitary confinement and training until he was able to come back into contact with other people-element hybrids, leaving him where he is now.

After their mutual break-up, the two open and run a flowershop together until Noah is diagnosed with VHL syndrome.     -          his gas masks serves as both a weapon and precaution to those around him; to protect others from the harmful radioactive fumes he exhales (they filter out his breath within the mask, making it safe for those around him to breathe) but without the extensions (see app), these fumes are not filtered and those around him may be in danger or inhaling radioactive chemicals

    -          even though he really likes flowers, they make him sneeze a lot (he has severe allergies from when his immune system weakened from the time he had cancer) and can only handle certain types without inadvertently killing them

    -          when entirely surrounded by water and/or drowning, his hair falls out and if in it long enough, his skin will peel off as well (temperature of the water depends on how fast he “decomposes”)

    -          because nobelium has no commercial/industrial purposes due to its extreme radioactivity, the few pieces that exist are contained and protected heavily (so when he first got “recruited” into the organization, he wasn’t allowed to interact with the others immediately) (also a reason why he joined so much later //wheezes)
