Little Raj was rather at a loss as to what to say when he saw the sight perched on a tree before him. The thick prehensile tail curled and uncurled behind the thing like an idle snake, blood red eyes peered at him with an almost impish glee. How did he manage to miss this..this creature before? How long had it been following him?
Before he knew what the thing was about, it nimbly landed before the boy, closing the distance with a boyish skip, his mouth all fangs as it grinned from fanned ear to ear.
"Heeey, you must be the little human Ilianna was talking about. She was right, you -are- just my size!"

The creature barked with laughter, sounding almost like a monkey's chatter.
