the original photo can be found here: [link]from discovering the differences between the airbrush tool and painting tool in PS, i've decided that the painting tool not only makes the piece look better, but is so much easier to use, especially with shading.
this is morrissey, lead singer of the smiths. i enjoy his music, so i thought i might show my affection through a painting.

This is so amazing i love the smths and morrissey is a musical genius. thank you so much for taking your time to paint this. its so amazing a absolute fave. Amazing work and the shading is incredible im so jealous of your talent

That's great! Everybody should only draw him from the smiths stage. (I don't like oldmorrissey)

gorgeous work! I love the colors. I'd commend the drawing (since Moz is so difficult to draw) but it was a PS thing from a photo

thanks...i understand what you're saying, but i'm still proud of myself for resisting the urge to trace
normally i try to avoid drawing/painting directly from a photo, but i enjoyed the picture too much.
