let's be real here right here, right now.
2020 was a shitshow.
like, 2016 levels of shitshow. but saying that means that it's the same levels of bad as 2016.
but no... the pandemic, the killing of george floyd cause massive riots through the world, many celebrity deaths including kobe bryant and his daughter and chadwick boseman, etc. etc...

so.. yeah, i've lost pretty much a lot of faith in 2021. yes. i hate 2020 that frickin much that i lost faith in the next year being good.
why wish people a happy new year, if the year isn't gonna be happy?

i just decided to draw star and jake comforting tom.. having some "new years blues" if you will.
i was going to post it at midnight where i am, but since another friend posted her vent, i decided "fuck it" and posted mine too
i don't really wanna say "happy new years" since that's kinda contradictory, but.. at least i'll say: hope your new year goes better than mine.

i still hope you like this, even if it is sad.. :c
