well the cartoon for relentless is quite cool, and i like this much!

I'm not big fan of this art style, but this is well executed and i doubt anyone could deny that. nice work, and congrats on gettin a DD (you're one of the few that actually deserve it... deviantart users don't always have the most 'critical eye' when accepting stuff... I'm glad this piece was recognized though.)

it was a combination of their idea and mine. They said here is what we want..these things represented somehow , so i decided on making them symbolic monsters to play with the very pulp idea of a cover.

yea, but in an album cover, that's really the function... in reality, the concept isn't the artists, it's the musicians idea. I DO agree with you that it's a tired idea... buuut, it's done well none the less.

'but in this world it's not the money that's evil. it's those who chose it over life' ... that is the song that this made me think of (in case anyone wonders ... murder ... by GC) ... awesome concept though ... i was suprised to find however that you didn't make fun of ppl ... like .. have a trumpish looking character be the puppeteer or something like that ... love the way that the plains are old comic style btw

i just have to say, it really struck home. especially the guy with the religeous symboles all over him. it is just so hard for me FATHOM. If a god can be so peaceloving, why would people blowthemselves up in his name. I think thats the biggest thing i took from this art piece.
