I'm not sure what your title is supposed to mean, but whatever. The focus of this shot is very effective, with the raindrops infocus and the passerbys out of focus. The way I read the photo, it sort of hints at the anonymity of people you meet on busses, or at the busstop. I think it would look cool if people were darkened more, like a sihlouette, but that's more of an after thought. very nice.

Hm... Thinking of it, the stuff I have at devart does make me seem like some kind of a hippy, don't it?
My intent was more to have that blurred background with passersby that in my mind looks kind of like a blurred business-stock photo (busy people being busy with their briefcases) but sort of focused out to focus on.
Well... something else. :\
