Regulus is a relatively young man, filled with spirit and with unmatched agility. Before his joining the Astral Knights, Regulus was part of the waning Assassin's Guild, in Guaradia. A daring operative, Regulus was forced out of Guaradia and into exile when the guild's major headquarters was raided, and the leaders and many of their greatest members were apprehended, and most executed. Escaping to the Northeast with other refugees, the group soon reached land on the coasts of Cathurgise. Running blind, Regulus set out to find civilization with the others, before being caught by the Epikure Vanguard while attempting to aid others who were under attack by the guard.

In his current post, Regulus is the head of Astral Chain Lazalu, a chain sustaining an icy climate, and many mountainous regions. Regulus primarily coordinates the more secretive operations of the Astral Knights, keeping in his past training in the Assassin's Guild. In combat, Regulus fights with speed and deception; the pack on his back enables him to blurr as he moves, creating confusion amongst the enemy before racing forth in a jet propelled flurry, lashing out with the blades affixed to his gloves.
