For Day 2 of the KH3 countdown, we have one of the fan favourites, Riku.
“Consume the darkness. Return it to light.“
Riku as a character has grown a lot since the beginning of Kingdom Hearts. He is still the same cool,collected and somewhat cocky young man he was at the start, and has been Sora’s best friend since they were little. Initially one of the enemy after being taken in by Maleficent and being possessed by Ansem Seeker of Darkness in the first game, Riku’s coming to terms with the darkness in his heart has become a significant part of his character arc, which has come to a near close with his achieving the Mark of Mastery as a Keyblade wielder.
I’m looking forward to seeing where his jourmey takes him come KH3.
