Bio: She was Baron Draxum's ward fifteen years before the start of the series. Later, when the lab was destroyed by Lou Jitsu, she becomes Draxum's mistress. After a long time, she proposes to Baron to get married, as they are about to have a baby soon. But this does not happen and Draxum leaves for the human world, leaving Shinra alone in the Hidden City. She is caught and sentenced to death, but she convinces the Council to give her a chance. In prison, Shinra has a miscarriage and her and Draxum's baby dies. Soon after that The Council instructs her to bring Draxum to them, and Shinra pulls it off. After that, the Council rejects her plea for clemency and they both want to be executed, but the turtles, led by Splinter, arrive in time to rescue the former lovers. After that, Shinra goes to the human world, where she will have to get used to her new life.
