ive seen the all the other fbi logons and ive tried to download them myself but to my surprize NONE OF THEM CAN BE DOWNLOADED (it always says something bout the fileservers) so ive made my own for all the people out there that want one. At the moment its only for logon studio and im working on an actual loginui.exe file thing for all the people that cant be bothered downloading logon studio (dont expect it for a while)Related content

gr8 logon but i couldnt get it to work on my screen properly with my screen res. had to edit one of the bmp files and it works gr8. its good peice of work.

I figured out how to get Logon Studio, and then I downloaded this!! Too awesome, man! Now my laptop looks all....secrified. ^_^ Thanks!

I had to tweak the main image a little to get it to look right at 1600x1200, but that was easy enough. Very fun idea. Thanks for making it

I think you would need to get XP (or another NT based OS) for that to work as a logon.
however you can change the logo.sys, logos.sys and logow.sys screens. they're the screens that say 'windows is [loading/shut-downing/bye]' you can even edit these in mspaint... carefully.
look on download.com for startup/shutdown screens for 98, you should find something you like.
