8/7/19: It's that time of year againnnn!
8/8/19: FCFS spots are all full, but the raffles are still open for entry!

Commissions are limited to what's listed below. In an attempt at fairness because these were nabbed up pretty quickly last year, I'm making the first half of each type of comm available to the first folks to claim them (First Come First Serve/FCFS), and the second half of each type will be available via RNG-style raffle. If you've already claimed a spot this time around, you won't be eligible for the raffle. The raffle is not free, you still need to pay for the commission, but it guarantees you an equal chance to sign up for a comm even if you're asleep while I typed this! Raffle winners will be notified via a tag in a comment on this deviation (I will also push a notification for this deviation), and will be required to confirm (either via note or replying to the comment) within 48 hours of that tag to claim their spot. If a claim falls through, another name will be drawn, and so on.

If you have any feedback on this system, I am more than happy to hear it either in the comments of via notes!

Raffle Rules:
- You may sign up for each available type of commission only once. You may not enter to reserve a commission slot for someone else. (You can, of course, commission me to draw someone else's character as a gift or payment to them!)
- If caught signing up with multiple account names, you will be blacklisted :'v
- If you win a spot from the raffle, you will no longer be eligible in the other raffles this round.
- All raffles close at 8pm sharp on Friday, August 9, CST.

To claim an available spot, comment with which type of commission you'd like. (You may also note me or message me on discord to remain anonymous if desired.) One spot per person.
Commission Terms:
- All payments will be processed through paypal's invoicing system.
- I will not draw anything explicitly sexual in nature, nor anything that could be identified as hateful or racist, or anything that makes me uncomfortable for any reason (not required to be given). Violence/gore on a case by case basis.
- I will not draw any copyrighted or trademarked materials or IP without the copyright owner's written consent. (i.e. MLP, Disney, etc. In the cased of ARPGs, Starter characters and NPCs are usually explicitly invited to be drawn. If you're not sure, we can talk about it!)
- Full payment is expected prior to work starting. Because I work on multiple commissions at once, I can provide a time frame of expected payment and work start date to be agreed upon by the commissioner if desired.
- Exact payment will be decided based on character and background (if applicable) complexity. Verbal (written) agreement on payment amount and time is required of the commissioner prior to invoice being sent and work beginning.
- I can provide an estimate for how long the commission will take to complete by request. Commissioners should feel free to ask about the progress of their commission, with the understanding that I may not be available to work on commissions every day.
- Rush orders/commissions with a specific, closely approaching deadline may be subject to a rush fee (agreed upon by both parties.)
- Commissions may be used as pagedolls, profile art, icons, etc. but must be clearly attributed via the original artwork signature or, in the case of an avatar/icon, in the user's written signature (see mine for example.) Please ask my permission with an explanation of how you plan to use the artwork before you display it. c:
- Should the commissioner wish to cancel the commission for any reason (not required to be given,) a refund appropriate to the amount of work done will be given. If work has been started on a commission, the refund will not be in full, and the commissioner will receive any and all art files pertaining to their cancelled commission request. - Similarly, should I, the artist, wish to cancel the commission for any reason (not required to be given,) a refund appropriate to the amount of work done will be given.
