Captain Picard Kept an Australian Lionfish in his ready room. But whn It comes to Spot there's a mystery as to what gender spot is because until Phantasms Spot was a Male then Spot was suddenly female. It's confusing.

Really? I haven't noticed Picard's lion fish. As for Spot's gender transition it's been said by the writers that Spot went through a transporter accident or is a shape shifter.
