As what have everyone else said the left eye is higher and thinner than the other. I also believe you need to work on your neck,because it is true not everyone has a skinny neck. you did really good on the background, but if you are trying to do more of a relief feeling. Try drawing a place or something that relives you. Also you didn't draw a nose, which you need to put that because everyone has a nose. I really like your style in this! Though, the left eye IS a little higher than the right eye. It just needs to be a LITTLE lower and BOOM, it's even.XD The colouring is very pretty, and I think this turned out very lovely.;u;
The shading is also very nice as well. Though, I think her cleavage should be a bit lower on her chest. It just seems to bother me for some reason...but besides those little flaws it looks great! The background has very pretty colours, too.:3 It's just really nice, I really like it!x3

I just noticed that the left eye is a little higher then the right eye. The color could use more detail, especially the hair and skin. Also the anatomy always looks the same. The neck should be more thinker, not everyone has a skinny neck. I think you could've spent more time on the drawing. For me, if I drew something like this, it'd probably take me 5 minutes. Also she needs a nose. Everyone has a nose XD. I think if you want to be a artist or a career or job that has to do with art (game designing, 2d or 3d models,etc.) You need to get more serious into art. You're old MS paint drawings back in 2008 -2010 inspired me to start drawing anime (I sort of also copied you're style, but back then I always stuck with a notebook and a pencil with pencil crayons. I didn't know about DA back then) I've pretty much improved more then you did. And I'm only 13. I know, drawing style and skill isn't about about WHAT age or grade you are in, but you need to add more detail! And need to draw things that are difficult for you, like backgrounds, animals,etc. Becuz even though you might hate drawing them, not drawing them isn't gonna make you better at it. I barely ever do backgrounds, but when I do, I try my bestest (wait, did I just insert a meme? LOL).
