Hi guys!

First complete piece of 2014! Admittedly, the fixative ate up so many of the highlights and details () but I'm still pretty pleased with this!

Also, my very first attempt at pastels. They are so amazing! So many possible details you can add- it's like acrylic painting without the fluids!

Specifics:

Time taken: 14-15 hours.

Stuff I used: Soft pastels, kneaded and hard erasers, blending stumps.

Size of the portrait: A4
