I think there are some rocks in the water so you would kill yourself on those. Anyway, don't jump from there

Yeah but besides the rocks... if there was enough water beneath, from a certain altitude falling on water it's like falling on cement, so I was wondering if it was physically possible for a human

The Cliffs are about 150 metres high. I'm sure there's some way to count whether the water would be like a cement or not, but I'm not a physicist to know how to do that
