Okay, so, I have the majority of it set. But I can't figure out how to get the start menu skin, window transparency, and start orb applied.  Also, will it work with the free version of StartIsBack? Because I won't be able to keep the StartIsBack Plus once the 30 day trial has ended. Literally no money at all here due to Arizona being in another all out depression.

okay, i'm an idiot, rofl.  I figured out why the start skin and start orb weren't showing, lolz.  I got them working fine now.  All I have left to figure out is how you got the windows to be transparent on the inside.  Can you please help me out?   Here is a screenshot of my current setup to show you what my windows currently look like.

Figured it out!!! Yay!!!  Here's the new screenshot! I have it finished now!! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing theme!

Also don't forget to install custom theme fonts mate, they are located in theme install directory, then you are good to go!

Bahahaha!! they were already installed, rofl.  Either way, before I forget again, what do I have to type into Black Glass Enhanced to get the proper transparency in the start menu?  Mine only has the tiniest amount of transparency ever in the start menu. It's barely even noticeable. While yours matches the transparency in your windows.  Can you please help me out with that?

Go right click on start orb - Propertys, then under Appearence you have ''Disable start menu Translucency'' and ''Disable taskband Translucency'' play with that 2 options the way you think you like, i personally check then options, other words disable it, hope this helps, enjoy!

Ya, I've tried that. But it doesn't put anywhere near as much transparency in the start menu as my windows gained from Black Glass Enhanced.  I was kinda hoping there might be a way to use Black Glass Enhanced with the start menu as well so as to make it's transparency equal to the window transparency.  So far I'm not sure if there is with this theme, but tbh I don't mind.  It's still really awesome as is.  I just think it would be so much better if there was a way to use Black Glass Enhanced with the start menu as well, so as to make it just as transparent as it does to the windows.  Still though, even if there isnt a way to do that, it is still an awesome theme!   Check the image I posted in below post for reference if you're unsure of what I mean.

Nvm, lolz.  Figured it out. Apparently it's proportioned a bit differently on my comp so the start menu doesn't cover as much of the wallpaper on mine as it does in your screenshot, lolz.  All-in-all, everythings seems to be working perfectly.

Oops, looks like it's not a proportion issue.  Just noticed the start menu skin really is extremely lacking on transparency compared to my windows.  Can you please let me know what I have to type into my Black Glass Enhanced thing to get the start menu skin to have the same transparency as my windows do?  Here is a screenshot to show what it currently is.  I have a window open in it as well to show what I'm wanting the start menu skin's transparency to be.
