Description
Quatl only ever have the biological urge to mate once the frost is just starting to melt after winter.
That is as far as it goes though. Once their urge has been sated Quatl do not seek out their own offspring to take care of them.

Males and females will breed with many partners during this time. After the eggs are fertilized they are laid directly in the water where they sink and incubate until they are ready to hatch. Once ready, eggs will float to the surface, most of the time hatching before getting there. The baby Quatl starts off very small but most immediately start looking for food and testing out their limbs.

You may offer as many Quatl as you like to the breeding pool.
You may also attach one cosmetic potion to each Quatl you submit, but keep in mind there is no guarantee you will receive the baby you used that potion for so do not use one that you will regret!
The agency will provide males and females as needed so everyone receives and offspring. In the event there are more offspring than caretakers, then the extras will be given out randomly.
