When I was little, my mother taught me to call the moles on my face beauty marks, so that I wouldn't feel strange. I'm mostly used to them, but occasionally when I catch myself in the mirror, I notice them. My suggestively sloping moles, one line to my eye, the other to my nose, are as subtle as a curvy woman in a red dress. I'm trying to realize that they are unique, and truly beautiful, marks.
