After Twilight became the ruler of Equestria, she positioned Starlight to be the new headmare of The School of Friendship. As time passed by she adjusted to being the headmare she asked Sunburst to be the vice headstallion of the School of Friendship as Flurry was already grown and didn't need to be tutored by him anymore, Sunburst excepted the role. Trixie soon became the school consular because she surprisingly gives great advice and mixes well with students. Starlight with the help of other ponies decieded to make the School of Friendship bigger as more students were joining. It was a great idea and she got praised for it. There were still many days where Starlight would've gotten stressed out and needed to take a break, but she fit will for being the headmare of the school.

She finnnaly moved to Ponyville permanently and lived there. She made some new friends too! Starlight still would visit her old village which was soon renamed. She apologized for her evilness and even though there were someponies who still feared her or hated her.

Starlight and Trixie soon became very close and she developed a crush on her. She asked Trixie out after getting encouraged by her other friends. Trixie also had a crush on Starlight and she excepted. After a long time of being togather the got married and had a child, Ombre Nightstar.

She is very happy to what she achieved and she is also now in the Society of the High Unicorns (I might change the name later). Which Starswirl created for the strongest unicorns in Equestria.
