Suddenly a shooting star blazed over the treetops. Spottedleaf's tail twitched and the fur along her spine bristled. Bluestar's ears pricked but she remained silent as spotted leaf continued to gaze upward.
After a few moments, Spottedleaf lowered her head and turned to Bluestar. "It was a message from StarClan," she murmured. A distant look came into her eyes. "Fire alone can save our clan."

Oh Spottedleaf, RIP. Also lighting is fucking hard. If you look at the playback of me drawing this I spend over an hour fiddling with lighting. This feels like one of those pieces that I one day come back to and redraw and at that point it will look even better, but rn I'm pretty fucking satisfied with it. This piece is just one that started as a doodle between a larger piece I'm going to attempt to make (a comic woahhhhh).
StarClan is just such a nifty device for creating cool scenes. Magic dead cats am I right?
