Thank you for the kind comment. I don't use displacement maps, but I do use normal and bump maps, both of which I usually adjust to my liking. The details you are referring to on the girl's breasts could also come from HD aging morphs.

Yes, in DAZ Studio normal and bump maps work very well. Displacement maps work as well, but with complications very similar to those that you describe.

A great choice for camera position and set up!
And again a great work on her skin and expression and the used materials and the small details!
I think I've never seen a render where one could actually have an uvular sight!
That gives the title of the picture quite some weight! 
Just like you gave her breasts an amazingly beautiful 'heaviness' the way they touch ground!
And I like the idea that she's holding that pose without any restraints.
It is as if she'd restrict and open herself passionately and in anticipation.

I was originally planning an image with restraints, something along the lines of a crossed ankle hogtie crawl Insex style, which I may still finish. But I was too lazy to play around with dirt, chains, or ropes, especially after I accidentally stumbled into this point of view, which happens quite often. I also liked the uvular view, as well as the heaviness of the girlβs breasts. Same as you, I believe that in the scenario implied here restraints are not required. It would be too easy.

If you look at it quick it looks like and ordinary yell. But if you look at it carefully it is indeed the request she is following to open her mouth. And you will notice it in the subtle expression details. And that's one of your greatest qualities.
