Great work! I love the use of colours and I love the clown as well. It sor tof have this depressing mood to it, or maybe I saw too many depressed clowns here in dev art.

it looks like in pop-art style.
bright, colorful and deppressive.
vector is fine there, but i advice you make lips and shadow under red - it would be like smeared paint.
