Description
You have the galaxy in your eyes,And yet you cry out oceans
For a man who does not love you.
You breathe out wind that echoes through a thousand canyons,
You have a heart the size of the great forests of the natural lands,
And yet tears fall like raindrops in a storm of the gods
For a man who does not love you.
So tell me, love...
Why do you waste the power to carve through the earth
On a man who does not love you?
Because he is the one who made the galaxy in my hazel orbs come to life like the aurora borealis.
He is the one who gave me the ability to breathe the breath of hope and life into myself.
He is the one who broke down four lonely walls of black holes, and planted every seed in my forest heart,
nurturing them until they grew into the towers they are now.
And yet, he does not love me.
But I feel for him with waves as powerful yet gentle as the ocean,
And in my soul he has riled up the riveting storm of a thousand gods of emotion,
all battling for control.
Because I love him, even if he can never love me
for the chaos of the natural earth that I am.
I would stand through tornadoes of the flame that has risen because of his burning hatred,
I would brave forwards in the biting blizzard of the arctic,
Blinded by the freezing wind and snow of the force he could use to push me away if he so desired.
Because my love for him is not conditioned upon how he feels for me.
My adoration of his mortal being is not biased upon
how the dangerous safe haven of a man feels for me!
I would love him even if he were to smog the galaxies in my eyes, silence my breath,
And burn down the forest of my heart, drowning me in my own tears!
I do not love him because he loves me!
My soul aches for him because he
He is the one who taught me to live when the shadow of death was upon me, consuming my soul.
That is why I love a man who does not love me.
Because he taught me everything I know of me,
And the love he never meant to grow is not based off others nor how they feel!
It is based off me!

It's a good poem, but I would say no to the video. It looks so much cooler in words

What would you say to me writing a short (1-3 piece story) of this?

The idea I'm having, is mother nature's daughter falls for a human, while the universe tries to convince her it's pointless because humans die too fast, and are stupid or worthless. (She obviously believes otherwise)
