Don't have a subscription so I can't really give a standard critique but I'll try my best.
First of all, good job on challenging yourself on this photo. I would say it would be hard to do since there's little, subtle shadows and her skin is mostly consistent throughout.
I would suggest you experiment with different brushes. I assume you have a tablet. A better brush would only make you more awesome cause though it's a really good picture, the brush ends stick out and one with fading effects might help. Also don't be afraid to define some edges like the nose with a darker and thin line. I know realism isn't to have many lines but I don't think many will harass you if you have one or two sneaky ones.
It's amazing how fast between portraits you work. Your other one was only a day ago? Keep this up and you'll be a pro in no time. If you'd like to see the gray scale better, you can always take the picture and put it in gray mode in Photoshop.
