Click [link] for a 2nd view.So this is the bedframe I have been working on for myself for the past 1.5-2 weeks. All hand forged and torch bent steel construction. Minus the headboard, which I upholstered with some micro-suede fabric I got on clearance at joAnn's! My mattress just arrived yesterday, and I must say it is a vast improvement over the bed I've been using, which was a 24" wide camping mat...

Hahaha. That would be freakin' awesome and a half if I put ground effects on my bed! Haha. I might actually do that. Straight out of porno on that one! No, that light is just the light coming in from my window. It must have just been right that day to shine down under my bed and reflect off the carpet. Looks kind of ominous though. Oh man. I am so doing that ground effects thing!

*lmao* I've only seen it done once and it was done with x-mas lights attached under a raised bed. Looked neat though.

nice, at least you got a real bed now ... a camping mat! swags are comfy but ... not for more than a night or two.
