One can claim your famous enough to be subject to fair use and also the non-commercial use would more then cover it, further more a photo manipulation requires an debatable amount of color depth tone and imagery data to be considered a manipulation and not just some thing that was draw the same way a hand drawn coke logo is protected. Andy Warhol repeated images until they where meaningless, I'm starting to get the feeling that the piles and piles of faces here on DA have lost there meaning.
I don't mean to offensive and personally I like a lot of the photos you model in so please don't take any of this any hostility.

and i mean this in no way to be hostile...
it went away because it had to...the copyright to that image belongs to me...and i must grant permission for that image to be duplicated or manipulated...it is my art and my property to do with what i like...i sometimes allow drawings and paintings of my photos when permission has been asked before hand preferably in a private message...i also make photo manipulations and i know exactly how much work they take...unfortunately those are left to stock images were usage is open...
