Finally got around to scanning my pattern and uploading it! Feel free to use it, just remember to credit and link your creation here XP
The spine, body, dorsal fin, and two flippers should be the same color (blue, gray, whatever you wish), while the underside and two flippers should be white (or anything you'd like for the belly). As for eyes, just attach wherever you think looks best. Hope the pattern works like it should!
