Rainbows are visions, but only illusions. However, the custom Rainbow Rampage course in the Air Ride Strato cup has nowhere to hide its madness! In this sky-high racing course, ride above multiple clouds in the dreamland skies alongside actual rainbows that emerge. Throughout the course, the classic Kirby boss Krako patrols, utilizing its multiple forms and re-designs throughout the era of Kirby games. Mario Kart has Rainbow Road, so it's only fitting that ROY G BIV gets his one custom treatment in a Kirby game as well!

1. Start off on a blue cloud platform on the middle left side, surrounded by arches reminiscent of classic Kirby levels. Ride the first rainbow over a brewing storm. Here, Kracko's revenge from SuperStar Ultra patrols, ready to reign his mighty lightning on all riders. Next, land alongside a long purple cloud. Here, Kracko from Triple Deluxe patrols in the background. Watch out as he'll shoot plasma balls that slowly head your way. On top of serving as a stage hazard, they will also supercharge the smaller storm clouds that float in the background, a tribute to Squeak Squad. For additional Squeak Squad tributes, Mecha Kracko patrols from above, shooting down large cyclone bursts onto the field.

2. Enter another rainbow run, where the lesser known Acid Kracko from Team Kirby Clash awaits you. Beware of his acid clouds, corrosive rain showers, and extending spikes that will try to knock you off the course.

3. Ride the rainbow to another blue cloud on a higher level. Here, jump a boost ramp over the prior Mecha Kracko, dodging his wind bursts as you go. Land onto a yellow cloud on the other side to ride another rainbow. Here, watch out for Parallel Kracko from Star Allies shoot out thunder clouds that rain their own lightning storms throughout the rainbow.

4. For the most iconic part of this course, ride a green cloud reminiscent of Kirby 64 as calm before being thrust straight into the storm! A large, foreboding cumulonimbus cloud brews alongside the next rainbow course. Use the boosters to clear the storm while dodging the gale-force winds and lightning strikes that rain down on you.

5. To finish off the rainbow rampage, land into a clearance after the storm into an area dedicated to Epic Yarn. Boinger cloud enemies await, so use them to cross the skies onto the next platform. Watch out as some will occasionally emit shocks that will knock riders off. Kracko in his Epic Yarn appearance serves as the final opponent before you cross the finish line.
