1st step: Use the dodge brush on highlight. Use the burn brush on shadow on entire eye. This will make the colors and the depth of the eye stand out.

2nd step: Use the burn brush on midtone on the upper and lower part of the eye to give it depth.

3rd step: Use the dodge brush on the center of the eye on highlight and make it extra bright. Also use the regular brush on vivid light on the center of the eye to get extra color.

when you are finishing the eye use the curve tool to make the different tones to your liking!
